Zero waste and full recycling are the company's philosophy in the treatment and reuse of harmful heavy metal sludge. We do not produce waste water, the exhaust gas meets the legal requirements, and the space bag after the sludge-loaded is recycled and reused.
In the energy resource integration part, solar panels are installed on the top floor of the factory building to make full use of green energy. We recover waste heat from the process to generate steam, some of which are used in the process, and we set up ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle ) units to generate electricity for the excess steam, which can produce nearly one million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year. The power generated by waste heat recovery is even better than solar energy. We doing our best to protect the environment.

• The maximum subsidy from the Energy Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs is 5 million.
• Power generation: about 1,387,608 kWh/year.
• Power generation benefit: about NT$4 million/year.
• Estimated carbon reduction: about 750,000 kg/year.

The treatment and reuse of harmful heavy metal sludge is seem simple, but to achieve zero waste, full recycling and integration of energy and resources, a large amount of capital, equipment, talents and the concept of being kind to the environment are required.
